Return & Exchange Policy

• Most items are eligible for exchange or store credit, with inquiries required within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.

• All sale items are final sale, with no exchanges or refunds available.

Shipping Policy

• Domestic orders ship via USPS, with a standard 2-5 business day shipping time. Allow up to 14 business days for processing during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

• Grayscale Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are scanned into the USPS system. Tracking and status updates are available on USPS.com.

Local Pickup

• Curbside pickup is available at our Pikesville showroom. You'll receive a text notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Overnight Express

• For overnight express delivery, please call us directly to arrange your order.
